Nex Pest Control built its Addison County reputation on showing up when we say we will, quoting one flat price, and standing behind the work with a written guarantee.
Ask any Addison County technician on our team how long they've worked structural pest control and you'll get a real number, not a script — experience is the whole reason our diagnosis is faster than a guess-and-spray visit.
Licensing isn't just a line on our website — it's checked, current, and something we'll show you on request before a single product goes down.
We'd rather lose a job to an honest "you don't need that treatment yet" than oversell a Addison County homeowner on something their situation doesn't call for.
None of this replaces an actual on-site inspection, but knowing Addison County's pest patterns ahead of time means fewer wasted visits and faster answers for you.
Most Addison County service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. Waiting rarely makes the underlying colony smaller — it just gives it more time to spread into places that are harder and more expensive to treat.
Six service lines, one Addison County crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
When the situation can't wait — an active hive, a sudden swarm, a rodent loose near food prep — Nex Pest Control's after-hours crew treats it with the same license and insurance as any scheduled visit, just faster. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Addison County cases ahead of standard scheduling.
Standard residential service covers the everyday Addison County invaders — ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish — with an initial treatment and a recurring schedule that keeps pressure from building back up between visits. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Addison County restaurants, retail stores, and office buildings get a documented, scheduled program with service logs ready for any health inspection, run around your actual operating hours. Multi-location Addison County accounts get one consistent point of contact instead of juggling separate vendors per site.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Liquid barrier treatments are mapped along the entire foundation line, not just the section where damage was first spotted.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. Exclusion materials include hardware cloth, steel wool, and sealant rated for permanent structural gaps, not a temporary patch.
We'll flag chronic water sources on your Addison County property — a clogged gutter, an old planter — that keep re-seeding the population no matter how often we spray. One-time treatments ahead of an outdoor event can usually be scheduled within a day or two.
A short call to +1-844-564-2570 is usually all it takes to get a technician on the calendar. A dispatcher can usually give you an arrival window within minutes of the call.
We confirm the species and the source before recommending anything — no guesswork treatment. You'll see exactly what was found, in plain language, before any recommendation is made.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. If the scope changes once we're inside, that gets quoted separately before we proceed, never added silently.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. A written summary of what was treated and what to expect goes with you after every visit.
Every Addison County quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. If something changes mid-visit, we stop and re-quote before continuing, rather than adjusting the bill after the fact.
Our Addison County technicians are already in the area, which is why same-day windows are the norm, not the exception. Dispatch can usually give you a two-hour arrival window rather than an all-day wait.
We'll provide proof of licensing and insurance on request, before anyone steps inside. Insurance coverage protects your property in the rare event something goes wrong — most companies won't tell you that upfront.
Our guarantee terms are spelled out in your service agreement, not left to a phone-call negotiation later. Ask your technician for the specific guarantee window that applies to your treatment before they leave.
Nights, weekends, holidays — the Addison County emergency line is staffed and answered, not routed to voicemail. Emergency pricing is quoted just as clearly as a daytime visit — urgency never means a hidden markup.
Our technicians have inspected enough Addison County attics and crawl spaces to know what's typical for your part of Addison County before they even arrive. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in Addison County.
Addison County clients don't have to argue for a re-treat. If our records show the pest is still present after the guarantee period, the next visit is already covered.
This isn't a lifetime promise on every pest forever, but within the stated window it's unconditional — no forms to fill out, no argument about whether it counts. We'd rather absorb the cost of an extra visit than lose a Addison County customer's trust over a technicality in the fine print.
Called about roaches at 8pm on a Friday and honestly expected a voicemail. Got a real person and a technician the next morning.
Appreciated that they explained exactly what species we had instead of just quoting a generic treatment.
Mice in the garage turned out to be coming through a gap under the door frame — sealed same visit, no return trip needed.
Service logs are ready every visit, which has made our compliance paperwork so much easier.
Wasp nest by our garage door got removed same-day, right as the kids were about to go play outside.
They found a clogged gutter section holding water that we never would have thought to check ourselves.
We'd fought the same ant problem for two seasons before calling. One inspection found what years of DIY spraying missed.
Our property management company needed a standing service across six units and Nex Pest Control set up one consistent schedule with a single point of contact.
